Erizha Jane Santos | Chief Layout Artist

Erizha Jane M. Santos, also known as “Izhi”  is the Chief Layout Artist of The Marynette. She has been studying at St. Mary’s College of Baliuag, Inc. for the past 14 years. Witnessing the institution’s growth, she also developed something in her, discovering her enthusiasm for Art.

Her love for art grew from school projects such as poster making, drawing activities, and club organization that is art-related. Grabbing the opportunities, Ms. Santos began to represent herself until she represented her school in her Senior High School years. Although she did not consider herself as a very active student in her elementary days, things have changed after surrounding herself with peers that has a great influence on her well being. Allowing her to join contests and even winning 3rd Place in Editorial Cartooning, or just by simply applying to positions that involves editing and creating a layout such as joining the Lente Film 2025 as the Poster editor in the film.

Her journey in The Marynette progressed from being a Member, to a Deputy Chief Layout Artist, and now a Chief Layout Artist. She ensures that the people who entrust this role to her will not regret making that choice as she refines publication materials and plans out layout ideas to contribute to The Marynette. As a person who loves to serve, being a part of The Marynette enables her to sharpen her skills and test her designing knowledge about the principles and rules in Graphic Design.

Aside from having the interest to serve, Ms. Santos aims to take the path of being a Graphic Designer or a Creative Director in the future to strengthen and transform her concept making skills to have a bigger impact on the world, so that not on;ly members of her local area would see her visual stories, but also inspire other people around the world especially the film industry.
