It served as a platform for the city’s various departments to review ongoing programs, coordinate upcoming activities, and align their priorities in support of the local government’s commitment to delivering efficient, transparent, and responsive services to every Baliwagenyo.

Officials exchanged updates and recommendations aimed at promoting stronger coordination between the city government and barangay units to ensure the effective implementation of local programs and policies.
Another significant topic was the implementation of the E-Government Act, which promotes the digitalization of government processes and services.
City officials discussed ways to maximize digital platforms to improve efficiency, transparency, and accessibility while reducing processing times for various public transactions.
The initiative forms part of the city’s broader efforts to modernize governance and provide more convenient services for residents.
Fiscal sustainability also remained a key priority during the meeting. Officials presented updates on ongoing tax mapping initiatives, which seek to improve the accuracy of business records and strengthen local revenue collection.
